Comedic-Genius Media - Showcasing the writing and other creative works of Scott Sevener...

Looking to take some of my grade-A humor with you on the road, but in a more-portable, less-electronic version?!

Well, 2009 is your lucky year, my friend!

As another fanfare of my triumphant return to the Internet, in addition to launching a new version of comedic-genius.com with all of my hilarity from over the years online, I’m also pleased to announce that in the upcoming months I’ll also be making the move into the print world so that you can enjoy my twisted sense of humor without having to be connected to the Internet.

Of course, it’s been so long that I figured one book just wouldn’t quite cut it, so instead, we’re going to kick things off with three.

That’s right, count ‘em – three awesome books filled with all of this wonderful humor that you’ve come to know and love online, not to mention a bit of content that has never and will never appear online. You’ll have to buy the book to see it for yourself, and trust me, it’ll be well worth the investment!

Here’s what you have to look forward to in the upcoming months…

The First Seven Years Are Always the Hardest
My very first book ever - a collection of my absolute favorite humor columns from 2001 – 2007, plus an exclusive glimpse at the column that started it all.

Ink, Paint & Tears… – volume 1
A full-color, graphical compilation covering the first seventy-five strips of the hit comic strip Ink, Paint & Tears… that I produce with my sister, Lori Sevener. Also included will be the complete set of strips that made up our 2006 Ink, Paint & Tears… wall calendar, plus some pages from Lori’s sketchbook that never quite made it to the web!

Scott’s Guide to…Everything!
Ok, now to be completely honest with you, this series of books won’t debut until sometime later in the year, but I wanted to tell you about it now because I’m really excited about what I’ve got in store for everyone! Each book will go into depth on a subject near and dear to my heart, mostly humorous, but also just a wee-bit informative, too. These will be smaller, pocket-sized books for you to take on the go and so far, I’m looking at topics ranging everywhere from Life in Florida to Anything and Everything Christmas to even Wedding Planning. This is a project that I’m really looking forward to fleshing out as we move into 2009 – hopefully you’ll enjoy reading them as much as I’ve enjoyed writing them!
