In addition to delving back through the archives to review some of the best tech-related moments that The Humor Column has had to offer, I thought it might also be fun to share some of the other aspects of technology that amuse me on a weekly basis, and one of those facets is most definitely web video. ‘Nuff said – if the column’s a little late, chances are YouTube or another one of these great sites is to blame…
So this week I wanted to share probably my favorite new web series – it’s a comedy about three guys who dream of “making it big” on the Internet, and they call it Web Zeroes.
Now above is probably my all-time favorite episode so far, primarily due to its featuring the near perfect line – “I’m just trying to have a nice, romantic dinner with my wife while also playing D&D in secret with my friends…” but when you’re done watching this one, be sure to check out their newest episodes, too. The guys just recently started airing season 2 of the show and so far they seem to have a pretty interesting storyline growing as the guys try to create their own tech show as their latest project. I seriously mean it when I say that this is probably my absolute favorite comedy on the web right now, so you definitely want to check it out!
