We all know how it feels to have to compromise when it comes to grabbing food on the run. Eating should be a pleasure, however the sad truth of the matter is that most fast food joints don’t exactly cater towards quality, if you know what I’m saying…

Nonetheless, there are still a few express eateries out there that actually take into account flavor when crafting their 99-cent menus, and it’s our duty as drive-thru patrons to assure them that we most definitely appreciate their commitment to quality! It’s for this reason that in 2007, I took the time to personally pen the following tributes to a couple of my own favorites, Chick-Fil-A and Arby’s:

Albeit, since that fateful fall, Arby’s has sadly stricken that delicious sandwich from their menus once again, but the least we can do is thank them nonetheless for the limited time taste of happiness that it offered in hopes that some day a marketing executive in a far off land will decide throw a little spice our way one more time. Stranger things have happened…
