I think we’re all well aware at this point that I’m sort of a big fan of food, both with regards to writing about it as well as enjoying its actual consumption, so with that in mind, I thought on behalf of, well, the month of September, we’d do something a little different around here and take a few weeks to focus on what really matters – one food group at a time…
That’s right, folks – for the next five weeks here at comedic-genius.com, the buffet is open and I’ll be serving up fresh helpings of delectable wordplay about my most favorite of dishes each and every Friday to help quench your hunger for hilarity! And if that wasn’t enough, we’re also going to be taking a gander through humor columns past to highlight some of my personal favorite menu items from over the years.
Columns like this one, in which I urged readers to ensure that despite all of the chocolate bunnies and Easter egg hunts that primarily dominate the spring holiday, they took some time to recognize what Easter is really all about by accepting the most delicious ham between here and heaven into their hearts:
