Although I clearly don't get as much time to sit down and play around with the fictional realm as I would like, I have a profound appreciation for these types of stories because really, it's kind of where most of us first got introduced to the written word. And granted, I'd like to think that I'm capable of penning a story that's a bit more complex than See Spot Run, but needless to say it's an area that I'd definitely like to explore more in the future.

In the meantime, however, here is a small taste of what I currently have floating around in the short story format. As for those who'd love to see something still fictional, but also a bit longer ... well, let me just reassure you that I'm working on it...
